Texas Southern University Makes History

Being a student at HBCU college, Texas Southern University (TSU) in 2018 is unique due to the basketball team making history by winning the SWAC and NCAA Tournaments. This event is the first time the TSU Tigers have made it this far since the athletics department has existed. The exciting win over North Carolina Central places the TSU Tigers into the running to become champs if they win the next series of games in March Madness. TSU Tigers will play Xavier in the first round of the tournament on March 16, 2018.
